This is a really great story and I love Avery's interactions with Derek!

Hey, soooo I know it's been a while since you last updated and all but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ale if you're planning to continue this wonderful fanfiction. I started reading it like what 7 hours ago and now I finished it and is killing me not to know what's gonna happen next. You did a great job at portraying the characters and I really liked your OCs. They have a background that makes them more alive in a way and they're so real like in the way they're not perfect. So I guess I wanted to say that this is one of the best TW fanfics I've read and I think it'd be a shame for it to end like this, but three decision is yours.
Still, you're a great writer and we'll, I guess thank you for sharing you writing

I'm really glad you update. I can't wait to see the inevitable confrontation between Sam/Avery and their parents. And I'm really enjoying the slow burn between Avery and Derek. Looking forward to the next chapter. :)

I just read this all the way through and it is brilliant. I'm sorry I didn't review on the other chapters, when I find a new story I tend to just dive right in and I don't stop till there are no more chapters left.
I love Avery and her brother. Her their parents. Glad you still killed Victoria off, I really didn't like her.
I am wondering though, is Avery going to end up with Derek
I would also like more stiles. He's my favorite so I always say that. (: I have the feeling that if she and stiles were in the same room together it would drive Derek crazy.

sorry for not reveiwing. i am still reading this. like ive said before this is a good chapter and i did enjoy reading it. i honestly think victoria got what she deserved. the irony with which derek attacked her was almost poetic justice really. your not alone. there are still readers. i didnt reveiw the last couple cus ive taken to reading fics on my phone and its a complete pain to type a reveiw on it so i save my self the frustration and wait till im on a pc. but most of the time i forget to. sorry

Okay, again amazed by how well you are integrating the backstories. Bringing Paige into this as the giveaway that the Hales are werewolves? Brilliant! Seriously awesome. Also this chapter puts a whole new spin on the Derek/Avery relationship (when it starts to develop). Did they know each other back then? Falling for her big brother's best friend AND falling for a wolf when your family is filled with hunters? Eagerly looking forward to it!

Also, I would really have loved to get this scene from Avery's perspective (her hiding, the fear, tasering, the attack). I feel like that could figure into how she came to be the person she is-aggression, hatred of wolves, all that. We didn't really get those from her in this chapter (which is fine-it's Sam's chapter, not hers the way I see it), but maybe you could fit it in later? Like in a dream sequence or something? If she had residual PTSD flashbacks and stuff would be a fascinating character study.

P.S. Love that Avery and Cora were friends! If you bring this to season 3, I can't wait to see how they interact!

Out of curiosity, does Avery adhere to 'the code'? The one that Chris Argent talks about, I mean, where they only kill if they have proof of murder. Or is her side of the family closer to the Kate/Gerard Argent philosophy of hunting?

Oh, also, I just realized what you did with the last name 'Venator' (it meaning hunter and all that). Nice! Really nice!

Ah, you've established the point of the show we're starting at. I can't wait to see how you integrate the story lines. You're doing a fantastic job with integrating the backstory and an attack on a young Avery would definitely explain her unilateral distaste for wolves. I really hope you go into that more, maybe do a flashback or something? I think that would be a great way of grounding/establishing the characters. But maybe you already have! I'm a bit late to the story.

I'm really loving the family dynamics and how even though they are outwardly really tight, none of them seems to fully trust each other. My favorite dynamic so far is with Avery and Sam. I don't have a brother, but if I did I think that I'd have the same type of bickery relationship, constantly bagging on each other and letting each other get away with it.
