As usual, the journey was amazing. You write so, so well. I was so excited for each new chapter yet was sad with each one because it meant the end of the story was closer; so conflicting! I enjoyed your alternate take on Sara's past, I don't think I've quite seen that version before - that her dad wasn't abusive and he died trying to save Sara from her mother stabbing her. It was quite an interesting and an intriguing twist. The scenes with Laura and Sara trying to connect as adults were bittersweet and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I can't express how much I appreciate you not including Grissom in your fics. Don't get me wrong, he's an interesting character, but when the writers put him and Sara together it ruined the show for me and I stopped watching. I never felt they were right for one another, plus Sara always set off my gaydar like crazy (perhaps that's Jorja Fox's fault!).

I really hope you continue writing for the Sara/Catherine fandom and eagerly look forward to more stories from you and your astounding way with words!
