Wonderful. Commodus as creepy and yet heartbreakingly fragile as ever, stoic Lucilla simply perfect. I really enjoyed this powerful mix of suspense and beautiful descriptions (shadows and light, his feverish appearance...). Very impressive was last part, the way he pretty much imprisoned her beside himself and how she started to weep. I had goosebumps.
This certainly deserves more reviews.

How the bloody hell did no one ever give toy a review for this? Your writing is freaking incredible. Vocabulary is perfect, the story unravels at a good pace, not too fast, not dragging, and description is beautiful. I could picture everything starkly, as if watching it. Fucking brilliant. A, two thumbs up :)
