I love the way you write Chaos Energy and how it feels to be corrupted by its darker side. I know this fan-fiction hasn't been updated in a while but still it's fascinating to look at how Survivor's Resolve affected Eggman.

(You mentioned an original story in the author's notes... is that available anywhere? I'd be interested in reading it!)

Ooh. I kind of forgot about this fic, but you brought me back in a masterfully executed way. I felt like I was right there. What Sonic felt, I felt. The feeling of breathing the thick air, the reassurance of Kai's comforting arm. It was a great experience.

Oh. My. Gosh. Ahh I wanted to scream! The intenseness of it all! I REALLY hope we get to see Dark Sonic again. Although if you have no intentions of bringing that side of Sonic out again I understand. It’s your story! But even without Dark Sonic the tone and plot is just so exhilarating! Holy crap, this fic is back! Man, it's been so long ... I can't tell you how I felt when I saw the updates for the last chapter and this one. Took me a while to get back into the swing of things, admittedly, but I'm super pleased to see this again.

Kai and Sonic are ... good ... they're a good duo, supporting each other through that rough bit of energy. I can really FEEL their distress, and especially the one bit where Sonic was overwhelmed by the Chaos Emerald leaving his hand. Does Eggman really go through that all the time ...? Yikes.

So great to see you returning to this! I'm happy to see Kai is still full of tricks, and Davis got a little ahead of himself when he let Sonic go. XD

I’m glad I gave you the resolve to help continue with the story ) I know how it feels to need that little extra push. The story’s pretty good so far, but this chapter in particular was the best one. I adore Kai, and seeing this moment was wonderful and touching. You really know how to tie in characters! Makes me like sonic and Kai even more than I already did )

Omg, I remember this story fondly...reading this 2-3 years ago, I nearly forgot the plot of the story, but when I received an email this morning saying ch12 was out, I needed to reread everything, which is what I'm going to do now! This was in my top 10 most well written sonic fanfics and it still is to this day. If you are ready to go finish this story, I'm ready to read it. I'm posting your arrival on all the Facebook sonic fanfiction servers, it's from there that I heard of SR, and that's where abunch of old fans still are to this day!
