In canon the problem would be that Harry's wand is not yet repaired (so AU at that point too). Well I always rooted for Hermione to find the way to destroy Voldemort. Her Horcrux research, prepearing for the trip etc. was all vital but I still like a soloution like this.

An exciting and sad end with everyone dying except Neville and Luna. Interesting twist will Bella's wand not working against her. But what happened to Hermione's wand?
So Hermione could use Harry's wand just as effectively as Harry. Pity Hermione didn't summons the elder wand as she could have blown them all away.
So this would make a good first chapter to a Reptilia28 challenge with Hermione joining Harry meeting death.
