Hallelujah! Thank you! I love that you not only didn't drag this out, but also had Castle (mostly) do the smart thing, which is finish Tyson off quickly. He did do some dumb things - never pick up someone you knock down, just keep hitting them - but he fought smart, which is rare in stories (and the show). So, again, THANK YOU!

Can't say I like the idea of the redheads being in Albany. I know Castle would be totally pissed off that Beckett brought them, instead of keeping them safe, under guard, in NYC.

Hope this doesn't drag on, and that Castle is able to do what he did on the show - turn the tables on Tyson and finish him off. (okay, he had help in the show, but still ... )

Okay, I know it's part of the story, but when things like that happen it just drives me crazy. How could a person not expect to be attacked when they're following someone who has been shown to be violent? After all, it happens in TV and movies all the time, and we know Castle watches both. It's not a criticism of your story or writing, but just something that is used a lot.

The funny thing about Castle and 3XK is that I don't think he should blame himself for not figuring things out faster, but instead for not taking the shot to the head on that bridge. After all, he knows Beckett shot Tyson multiple times, yet he gets up and grabs her, so he had to be wearing a vest or armor. At the range he was at, after one or two in the chest, the next one should have been forehead, and would have been an easy shot. Of course, that's not the way the writers wrote it, but ...
