Bravo! After two years on this site this revelation is definitely the most original way for Zuko to share the story of the scar with Katara. Actually giving a hint of what the burning experience was like, not just a sob story that builds Zuko's rep in her eyes. Bravo.

I'm glad u made Sokka join Zutara on this journey. I've always wondered how he would have reacted before their mother's killer, if he would've had closure from it. Yes, Zuko, fight! (I love Katara but she honestly can be too much sometimes) Lol! I actually like it when Zuko does something if or when someone (namely, especially, Katara) goes too far rather than wallowing in self-pity.

The feels I get with your writing the contrasting childhood of Zutara really gets to me in a good way. Zuko's childhood written by you is so believable that it's not funny. I really love it, though it hurts, lol, if that makes sense

I thought that the last part was beautifully written. Zuko has come to see Katara in a new light, and not just in an overwritten, overwhelming oh-she's-so-hot/pretty/whatever way that some Zutara writers tend to favour. The last few paragraphs had a subtle flavour to them, and everything was really well-crafted.

This is easily one of the few very best & well-written Avatar stories I've read on here. Keep up the outstanding work! Love it! :)

Really enjoying the slowly budding relationship that Katara and Zuko are developing. She has been very harsh on him up until now, but.I can see her resolve fading. Looking forward to the next chapter!
