(Happy/Tony/May) has been helping him regain his self confidence after suicide attempt/ some other major event, but one night he hears the avengers discussing him in less than favourable ways. He quits the team, and (happy/Tony/May) discovers the reason.

No just no. If those apologies were actually sincere they never would jave broken the damn door down and forced the issue!that wasnt sincere that was the thinking of themselves and wanting to absolve their own guilt because pepper is mad at then and so was bruce

Hi! I first want to say that I normally don't give reviews unless a story really speaks to me. So with that said, I want to say that I love love this story. The portrayal of Tony and how he dealt with being deaf was amazing. It really helped me in my own writing. I love how the struggles and everything was put together. The only dislike ( I'd you can really call it that) is that this fic isn't long enough. I so wanted more. I wanted to find out what would happen if Fury found out and how the team would help Tony. Theres so much more I wanted from this. Honestly I never knew I would like a fic like this till i read this one. Now i just want more. Great Job author! Thanks for posting

I was really into the story and when the reveal part came up, when Bruce asked Tony if he was deaf, I was laying down on my bed read this fanfic and I rolled so head across the bead and just jumped up because of how hyped I was. Also, when the part where the team throw Stark off the team for a while, I was legit insulting them so much. Even though I like most of the team.
This is how you know that you’ve read a particularly good fanfic, and khudos to you for making my day. (Its 3:30 am in the morning so technically it’s after 12)
