That was a nice bit of angst. I was surprised by what Regina said, but I get it. When you mentioned Goldilocks, I at first thought that you were going to creat a situation where Emma could see her cycle repeating and empathize- perhaps want to be a mentor, or one where another kid could be given a second chance. Anyhow, this is another lovely fic. I'm eager to see where this goes.
