I doubt that you have plans to have Nao to beat Judai in a duel since he's supposed to be the best.

I guess you must not be aware, but Naturia Bamboo Shoot's effect does not "activate", as it were; the effect simply is applied continuously if it was summoned with the appropriate monster, and the opponent will just not even be attempt to activate Magic and Trap Cards while it is face-up on the field, only being able to Set them if they really wanted to, though they would still be frozen all the same. Of course, that also means that Naturia Hydrangea should not have been Special Summoned since the effect of a Naturia monster was not really activated at that time.

Manjoume can be so mean sometimes, he deserved for Nao to beat him that badly, even though getting 5 counters on Seed Shot and winning that way would have been easier maybe.

Also if Nao is left handed, why is her duel disk on the opposite arm in that little picture of her?
