Hugo is autistic, no doubt about it. He's like me when I was that age, and it's nice that even as a wizard, he can still be like the rest of us spectrum-inhabiters. Good job, dude. (Side note: when Hugo gets his wand, God help us.)

This may be one of my favorite fics of all time. The Hugo you created was so fully developed. I've often wondered how Percy felt about being so different from the rest of his family. And what he said about his dreams was so profound. It really gave me something to think about. Hugo's statement about no one else ever acting like him really got to me. It's so hard to be so different. I loved how Percy wondered if anyone missed him. And I loved how you showcased Hugo's relationships with different relatives. That family interplay is really interesting.

This is so sweet! I love your idea of Hugo's personality. My favorite part was how excited he was about the book on cauldrons! He reminds me of a cross between Luna Lovegood and Colin Creevey. And I love the interactions between him and Percy.
