I really enjoyed reading this! You did a great job faithfully portraying the characters. I have no personal experience with PTSD, but it looked like you handled it for Tony well.
I especially liked how you wrote Clint. For example, his line "Are you with us?" when Tony woke up made me think about his time enslaved by Loki's scepter, and how he'd naturally be nervous when one of the Avengers acts strangely for no clear reason. And then when he brought Tony a wet cloth and cleaned him up, it matched with him being a dad. Love those little details.
The reactions of the other characters felt very realistic. I was really touched by Bruce being the first to leap to Tony's aid when he started freaking out; it fit with their friendship. Steve restraining him so he wouldn't hurt others or himself made sense, as did Natasha trying to take control of the situation by snapping him out of it. Thank you for making Thor unfamiliar with Earth (i.e. boogie boarding), but not a bumbling idiot like so many other stories do.
And finally, Tony's presents were each perfect for the recipients. Thank you for a dramatic, but ultimately heartwarming read!

I say it’s great! Lol then Civil war happened and Natasha killed Clint and Steve and when Thor and Bruce came back they noticed the two gone and just went off in life with out a care in the world (after Natasha threatens them.) lol

This was fantastic. Beautiful. You carried it gracefully, first hooking readers to the story, then bringing the original charecterstucs in and then gave a memorable ending punch line. Beautifully expressed. ;)
