I am glad I started reading this.
Although I was a bit unsure since it was not yet completed. But I also saw you updated not long ago, so I have hope updates will happen regularly.

This is most certainly an interesting story. I never played with the thought of the Heart of the Cards being a demon/person that helped duelists that devoted their trust to her. I wonder if Atem knows about it too.

Anyway, cant wait to see more of the story!

Thanks for the update, I'm so glad this series is still going. I like your description of the field of Reeds it ies together both Japanese and Egyptian myth beautifully.

I have but one question.

WHY HAS THIS NOT BEEN UPDATED?!

OK I was going to wait until the I reached the last chapter to review but this one was just too good not to comment on.

I really love the mystery surrounding this story its truly engaging

Also I can see Seto becoming as obsessed with duel monsters as his modern counterpart X3

I really don't like where this is going. This chapter has done nothing but make my doubts of these four worse. I know they're trying to convince Yugi that they're the good guys, but I think Yugi, somewhere in the back of his mind, agrees with me that it's not working.

And there's a glaring inconsistency here, which I think may be on purpose on your part: these four people claim that this "demon" is attacking everyone who ever played the game. Yet, Tristan and Tea are, as yet, unaffected, and so far as I can surmise, so is Serenity (Tea played twice, once against Mai and once against Crump in the Virtual World; Tristan played once, in the Virtual World; and Serenity played once, in the Virtual world). If the inconsistency is on purpose, then it's a very good way to add to the doubt of these people you're trying to sow into the mind of the reader.

I've got one more question, though: at what point will Atem step up and take notice, and find his way to the Upperworld to help put a stop to all this? I figure if you keep featuring him, he will make a reappearance in Yugi's life and eventually be key to the plot.

Keep up the good work, and I really hope Yugi catches on, or else he could be really, really screwed.
