Im glad i finally got around to reading this. Your story is simply amazing! Not to mention severely underated. There are few stories that can truly pull off the Ash feeling backstabbed by his friends and yours is one of them. I was in a trance that it took me a couple hours to read chapter 1-8 without stopping. I hope you can update this amazing story soon!

I really like your story but could you try to update them faster,I mean the suspense is killing me.

interesting chapter.
so molly has legendaries,and and look so does leaf.
hope you will also give ash his own legendaries (and mega), he is the damn chosen one, and like red told: a trainer worth of his name use all advantages available to him.
So rocket trio become really tough, but kinda disappointed that ash had some trouble and needed almost all of his top team only to force 4 pokemon to retreat.

look Red is a manipulative asshole to ash to try prevent cynthia to really love our crow trainer.
Remind me a fic where Red also given up his duties to ash by manipulative actions, all to escape the painful downside fated to the chosen one (in the fic, it was the sacrifice of his first pokemon).

So everyone see the new ash, but it is kinda interesting to see that despite dawn seemed to support ash dream during the betrayal, she also believed that the old ash was hopeless as trainer.

how gary can be green?
since gary has same age as ash, the only way for that being possible, is only if Red is ash hidden twin. And that kinda sucks that ash was known for losing leagues even against beginner noobs when his twin (or pallet boy same age as him) become champion and pokemon master at 11y old). And also if ash stupidity and lack of talent came from someone brainwashed him into the braindead loser we know from anime.

ash friends were right by telling ash going over his dream and find something more reallistic. After all, being beaten by rookie noobs 4-5 years younger or less experimented doesn't fit pokemon master or even elite trainer material.

I would've thought Ash would not want to interact with the ones that betrayed him.
