It's been over 4 years... I think the fic is dead...

Oh man, I hope this story will update again. I really like it, and I want to read more.

Just asking, is this story dead now? It's been about three years since the last update, just thought I'd ask.

I hope you'll be able to finish it i really want to know what's gonna happen next. Will Randall save Emma? Oh god i can't wait!

AAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! (These 'Aww's seem to be getting longer.) Amazing chapter! All of them are amazing! The syrup part is hilarious, as is Emma's nickname for Boo, Randall's success is so fantastic I wish they'd make a movie just for this story, the argument with Silver is so heart-wrenching and ominous, and now I'm worrying about Emma. This has got to be THE best Monsters Inc story EVER! Better than the movie!

AAWWWW This was so incredibly cute and sweet and adorable and all manner of wonderfulness!

Awwww! I'd kinda hoped the bratty girl would end up being someone who's lonely and needing a friend, and this is great! Also, so much if this is hilarious, like how Randall says that little kids enjoying others pain are sadists, and everyone's interactions after he saved Boo.

I've thoroughly enjoyed this story, and I hope your words are still true: I hope it's not dead. :) It's really warming my heart. I know college is crazy, but maybe in the future when you have more time on your hands - and hey, here's a suggestion, if you're willing! Why not include Johnny Worthington in the story, or maybe better yet, write a separate one about him and his adaptations to the new way that monsters are getting energy? XD He's an awesome character, it'd be interesting to see how he'd pull it off!

Not sure what to say, I thought Randall was a tad OOC in this chapter - but, it is your story, I'm just the reader. I still like it so much, though - especially the beginning with George coming over with that cute jumper! 3

Totally love this chapter, this is turning out to be quite the great - not to mention interesting - story. :D I appreciate the detail you put into it, too. Especially the fact that we get a closer look into how Monster life has changed since they started making kids laugh. It's heart-warming that some of the monsters actually bond with the children, too - I like to think that there are other Sulley/Boo friendships out there that we might now know about.
And lol at the end with Randall attempting a joke - poor guy gave it his best. XD I can totally see him doing something like that.

I love the story so far, and I especially appreciate that everyone seems to be IC (especially Mike, who we all know is packed with personality, lol.) Great first chapter, not too long, not too short. I look forward to reading more!
