What a cute story with a fun beginning. All the grumbling and irritations that plagued them when they were young was so fun to read. I do like the premise. Family/Ohana is indeed forever. Thanks for sharing!

This is good. I enjoy it. The next exercise should be locking them in a room with no weapons, chakra dampening seals, and loads of stuffed toys. They can snuggle, cry and throw them at each other. They can also just brutalize the toys. It would be carthardic.

This was a good chapter. Technically, having flashbacks from two other characters that aren't the POV character seems a little weird when I think about it, but I think it works out just fine here. I loved this chapter, and it's interesting to see Sakura pushed forward a little earlier than in canon. It's really a shame we never got to see their regular interactions between Wave and the Chunin Exams.

Also, on the technical side, you had some thoughts (the little voice in the head) in single quotes here, but double quotes in the last chapter. You need to find a single format and be consistent with that, since inconsistency can confuse people.

Personally, I'd just put those in pure italics with no quotations, since they are essentially thoughts, and that's how you have all the other thoughts formatted.

Also, another little thing I noticed while re-reading chapter 4: There's a part in...scene 6 I think, where Sasuke and Naruto have lines of dialogue in the same paragraph. That needs to be fixed so they are in different paragraphs.

Dude you need to get back on this. Its so awesome and I wish there was more fics like this out there. I love the whole story of this fic and I love how we're looking at everyone's flaws/pain and how they are getting to know eachother more and how they are becoming teammates.

This is such an interesting story. I love seeing Sakura break out of her shell, and I love how she and Naruto are getting to know each other better. Actually, I'd love to see all of them bond. Sakura and Sasuke would defintely be interesting to see.

I know it's been a long time since this has been updated, but I really want to see this completed.
