Enjoying the story but chapter 4 Snape would be fired at least and probably arrested and charged, no matter what Dumbles tried to pull, for that abuse, especially the potion which could even be termed attempted murder what with the effects of the potion in question.

It's a major pet peeve how Snape supposedly gets away with things. Even without him being punished for his abuse and assault why does everyone always have Harry not walk out in these situations.

Other than that so far a very enjoyable beginning.
