great story. hope u will continue this story. as for ideas
1) MC and co can play with canon villains , for example trolling akatsuki members by parents deciding to teach children how to prank ppl. similar thing with anko and orochimaru. also, different daimo and kage reacting towards them.
2) naruto's summon contract. does he still has it? some unexpected consequences him being an undead. becoming sage. getting new contract with something unusual.
3) ending up one way or another in another world like canon helsing or in dc/marvel universe to harass heroes , eat some villains.
4) develop story about what kind of school their children will go. u can add children from 2 other pairings as well like 4 (or more) of them becoming ninja or going to yokai academy (Rosario vampire)
5) MC chance upon twilight characters and troll/destroy them.
6) creating an undead faction in DxD universe
7) some kind of enemy attacking your version of helsing universe. u can just take them from other worlds.
8) if protestants and Catholics can have a special order , why orthodox church can't? introduce them and some kind of chaos for MC family to play around in.

I really don't think you need to continue it much further, perhaps a reunion with the hellsing org but other then that there isn't much else. Now one complaint I have is that your Author Notes are not in bold text. Makes it difficult to see where the actual chapter starts sometimes.
