Fantastic. I read it again from the beginning. It's a different experience now that there are no long time gaps between chapters. And I could relax already knowing how it ends. Still I savored each chapter because I did not want the story to end!

Ah, what a great story! I'm so glad I found it and am looking forward to reading your other stuff. It wasn't easy getting them to this point, but FINALLY! YAY! I wondered how old they were, it sounded like Beth was maybe 8-9 during Quinn's last conversation with her which would place Quinn and Rachel around 28-30 years old. Everyone once and a while I felt a pang of sadness thinking about the other Gleeks:( but I really loved the new characters, especially Luz, CJ, Chevy, etc. I wouldn't have chosen an island in Alaska! I think they should have sailed to one of the unpopulated (or at least minimally populated) polynesian isles, take that over and enjoy the better weather while still having fresh fish and fruit available:) Then, after they would have established a colony, they could have sent forays into nearby less populated islands and started cleaning them up and establishing more colonies and communication networks, creating a fleet of sailing ships and gradually spreading humanity across the pacific for a second time with hopefully better people and better results. Ta da! Thanks for sharing.

That was a wonderful ending!

This was on all accounts a deeply satisfying story. The penultimate chapter was the perfect catharsis for the entire reading experience. We readers needed that as much as Quinn did. All hope in this post-Zombie universe hinged on that and it was done deftly. Thank you for doing right by this story. It had been an incredible ride.

Loved it. With a sweet sigh I can now re-read this in one go. I might have said this before but this story was absolutely spell-binding. Such realism and so believable.
