a lot of post season 4 writers are not really doing that especially with Finn they always seem to make him sleep around now that he's in a collage setting glad that your not doing that

This is hands down my favorite post season 4 fic love how you basically how righting RIB wrongs and are tying up the story lines they just dropped like Ryder's especially since it had such a build up on the show and it was just dropped. Most of all how in character you are writing both Finn and Rachel a lot of wwd p. ..wf riters of post season 4 story are not really doing that with

This side of Finn was never as well-developed in the show as I would have liked. It shows him drawing on his life experiences to make decisions, even to help somebody else. If the show had let him do that, show how rich a character he was, I dunno, maybe it wouldn't hurt quite as much now that he's gone.

I love your characterization of Finn. It's what makes your stories so good.

Oh HL, you are single handledly attempting to "write" the wrongs of Season 4 here! When you read through the crap of how Ryder was treated and how it played out, gosh TPTB really messed up, not just with the core group and what Glee started out being, but with the newbies' storylines. Gah, I am so appreciative of your writing and how you perceive the show. I was the one who wrote anonymously in your ask a few times yesterday, in a row... And you answered me back with a lengthy response. (thank you!). Glee really is over for me. Show is literally killing the goodwill it had from wayy back when. I am going to pretend that the show ended in season 3, though I will pretend it ended as Finn and Rachel together... ::sigh::

Great start. I like that Rachel is taking initiative here and I like that we are seeing Finn in college. I have to say that Will and Puck both need to learn how to read a room. They both thought Finn had another girl in there and they mention his ex and how he wouldn't get over her. Dumb boys.
