As a fellow writer, I'm sad to see you have no reviews. Let me be the first. I will start with, this story and it's prequel are very good. I've enjoyed reading them both. I really love how you made Kermit family. That's cool. Thank you so much for writing for these pairings. I love the relationships of all three, but especially Kermit and Karen. Having Paul still alive was good too, even though the actor lost the battle against cancer. Blaisdell and Griffin Investigations was cool too. Was the mention of the two FBI agents referring to King and Maxwell? That's also a good inclusion. My only critique is that the story felt a little rushed. There could be a little more detail expounding on certain points. Not much just flesh it out a little more. Please accept my critique in the spirit it was meant. You are a very good writer. Good writers become even better writers by listening to the advice of other writers. I never understood this myself until I joined a writer's group. Learn, grow, and above all, please, continue writing. To prove It liked them this and the prequel will be added to my fav's list. I hope to read more of your stories in the future. I just found a sequel. I can't wait to read it :-)
