Started off good but you put me off at the end when the hat said Harry had become selfish and arrogant. I know Harry personalises deliverance as evil but that is just one I know Harry personalises slivering is evil but that is just onepoint of view. The hat would never do that.

You ues the wrong type of qoutations. You're using when you're supposed to be using. I can already tell that it's gonna bother a lot of people, even if they stay quite about it.

I will admit that I have only read the first 3 chapters but I wanted to say this: though you seem to have good flow and ideas for this story, I am a bit offput. To me it seems that you are making Slytherin to be a completely evil house with no remeding qualities, personally I prefer stories where characters and preconceptions are a bot more complex - show the other side of the argument?
