This fic is pretty decent, compared to the many, many garbage fics I've seen.

Great story, and after I get done typing this I will immediately hop to to the sequel. I do have to say that it is the barest bit of annoying that the advertised relationship didn't happen, but was teased very often.

God I am a suprsingly sensitive man. Almost had me crying about a man that I know has plot armor, and will definetly survive somehow.

Unless if his plan realtes to the "taking a bullet for someone" thing, but I doubt it considering that he seems to think/know that his plan will lose their trust.

I'm curious if that conversation that had about "taking a bullet for someone" will have an effect on this mission. I'm fairly certain/hopeful that he won't follow through with what he is planning on doing on Virmire because of the time spent with the crew of the Normandy.

I'm curious what he plans on doing down there.

I actually really like the interactions with the characters in this story. My only wish is that the chapters were a little bit longer.

It's interesting to see that, at least momentarily, you've gone with the just conveniently be where they are going to be, rather than actually being on the ship.

I also just realized the whole Lair of the Shadow Broker thing. It'll be interesting to see if he tries to dissuade them from doing it, and try convincing some opponents to not fight like Vasir. Maybe he'll try to become the broker himself, or something like that. Maybe he'll have cut ties with him before they do that, and won't even care about what happens.

That's definetly a different vision that I'm not entirely, but actually fairly, sure does not make any sense.

I honestly think that with the idea of this story the thing in looking forward to the most is actually after Shepard dies, and the Shadow Broker tries to sell her body.

He just admitted to seeing more than just the mess hall on the Normandy..

Awesome story. I like the twist you have put to the original mass effect canon. It is much more beliveble.
The biggest hate boner i have with mass effect 1 is the mass relay from ilus to the citadel not one of them are in space proper and is on a planet.
