Good work mixing Neal and Alex's personalities. They both share the same penchant for daredevil stunts, and seem to thrive on adrenaline. Alex moved to the states with the Pleasures after the events of Scorpia Rising, he might have taken up art as a way of coping with Jack Starbrights death. However half the situations that Alex was involved in, happend (at least partly) because he went looking for trouble.
In "Scorpia" a psycologist describes Alex as lacking a "killing instinct", it is also seen that he is unable to koll someone in cold blood even if he belives it to be justified. That fits in well with Neals nonviolent personality. Also, considering how many people Alex has seen shot, it's no wonder that Neal dislikes guns.

I hope you choose to continue this fic. But even if not, I loved the idea (as you might have noticed)
