Honestly loved this.

I think you have the exact amount of detail added for this to be a good story. I will say that sometimes I am confused when you have dialogue in the same paragraph and I do not know who is speaking for a second. It would be great if you had a space between each new dialogue when a new person speaks. Also, sometimes the same thing happens when you say he did this or he did that too many times and there’s are multiple “hims” in the scene. Besides these things I love your writing style and you capture the characters perfectly.

Don’t judge me but I feel the exact same way about torture. I love it, but I don’t like it when they die. If they are tortured, the more violent the better, but if they die, I’m done. Game changer. I hate it. However torture I’m fine with.

Howard should be a hamburger or a donut or just some food thing in general. Randy could be robin hood or even the nomicon. Heidi could be a banshee becouse she’s usually very loud (that is supposed to be a joke). Viceroy could be a robot or a cyborg and McFist could be anything from a cute bunny to the ninja becouse his wife made him.
