I’ve had this tab open for awhile and wasn’t sure if the story was finished but I’m so glad I read it. I teared up at certain moments of this story and it was so lovely! Santana redemption through Mercedes was wonderful as well! Thank you for posting and sharing and I’m so glad I finally read it!

I didn’t even know you did a two part epilogue for this story! It was so good! Happy Mercedes stood her ground and so happy for a Samcedes happy ending!

You do realise that since Mercedes is black, that her knuckles won't go white if she holds something too tightly. Also a black person puts oil in their hair to help it retain moisture otherwise it gets all brittle and breaks easily. Just commenting that she has nice skin isn't enough. Do a bit more research please. Other than those bits, I have loved this story so far!

I’m so late with these updates, but I’m here! Firstly, congrats to Santana! I’m glad she asked to see how Mercedes was doing. I’m happy that my babies are still going strong because why wouldn’t they be? Lol! But I’m apprehensive about her family visiting. My feelings toward them haven’t changed, but I’ll see if it does.
