Ya know I've always wondered why Tarzan would have that loincloth, plot-wise. This fanfic perfectly answered that question! haha love this fic!

Very tender and sweet, and in your own way so poignantly captures the essence of why I love the Tarzan x Jane pairing so much, which is rare in Tarzan fic. Interesting, I never thought this side of his upbringing and how it could affect him. This story is in a way, a story of self-acceptance and you and Jane handled it perfectly.

The law that Takahashi protested defined "lolicon" as being "sexually provocative, visual depictions of characters who sound or appear to be younger than 18 years old". Inuyasha would've counted as a lolicon manga under that ban, because Kagome and Sango were shown naked while Kagome was 15 and Sango was 16. Rumiko Takahashi probably protested that ban because she didn't want her own manga "Inuyasha" to be banned for having characters that are under 18 being shown naked. That doesn't say anything about whether or not Takahashi would be supportive of pedophilia.

And Rumiko Takahashi does have something against that kind of thing, look at the Miroku/Koharu situation, when the characters found out that Miroku asked an eleven year old girl to bear his child when she grew up they were all revolted and shocked bv the fact that Miroku had proposed to a child. They didn't care that Koharu come back to Miroku when she was grown up and it was portrayed as being something that was perverted, which tells you a lot about how Rumiko Takahashi feels about this kind of thing.

Alright, I confess I'm here because I was chatting to my daughter about her Disney collection and how we've stopped watching movies for a few months ever since she learned about the wonderful world of Minecraft :) And that got me wondering about Tarzan and Jane's first nights... but this was wonderful. Sweet and romantic! *swoons*
