"You" is not used often as saying the name of the person you are referring to is preferred over the word "you." Examples of what you meant are: Darling (ダーリン dārin/daarin) Honey (蜂蜜 hachimitsu) Sweetheart; Lover (恋人 koibito) Dear; Beloved; Darling (愛しい itoshii) Girlfriend ; Sweetheart (彼女 kanojo) Also, 彼女 (kanojo) is more commonly used as "girlfriend" but can also be used as sweetheart.
