I really really like this story. And if I went over with the story about I would say stick with the Iron Man storyline and adding bits and pieces of Percy Jackson until the end where you throw it all together.

Oh yeah i just thought when you said Percy looked like a cross between his father and his mortal grandfather did you mean Sally is Howard's daughter so Percy is his grandson or something else?

First R.I.P. Stan Lee hero of modern comic lovers for decades. Secondly maybe you can have Obi be a monster and Pepper/Artimis unable to help Tony/Percy as she is hiding as a mortal and maybe have Rhody as a Roman Demigod or lesser god? Have Tony and Pepper be more siblings than romantic partners but they could pretend they were dating because Tony didn't want to let another partner close until both Pepper and Rhody had screened their personalities and if they would hurt his belief in personal loyalty again.

I actually forgot I followed this story, but I’m gonna keep an eye on it now I like its premise and the pairing

So Percy was always smart. His mom met Howard Stark and lived as Maria Stark (that's Tony's Mom's name right?) for a few years, and Percy was adopted by Mr. Stark. When Mr. Stark died Sally faked her death and went back to be Sally Jackson and married Gabe to hide Percy's demigod scent. But how did Percy managed to go to MIT while everyone thought he was attending high school? I'm not going to ask how he managed to fool everyone into thinking he was dumb, since everyone assumed he was dumb because his father is Poseidon.

Love the story can't wait to see what happens next please update soon also I would suggest following the avengers time line with a few modifications,adding more weapons to the suit,Tony/Percy helping Thor when he first arrives and eventually going to Asgard and meeting Sif(just saying if Artemis was open to the idea multi pairing(main reason I think it could work is cause Sif and Artemis are similar and would both like Tony/Percy(if doesn't act like a complete jackass)) and getting stronger through training and kicking into over drive to prepare for the coming conflicts(he would just think "well shit guess I can't escape the craziness no matter what I fraking do!Well I best get ready!"he would also be quite a bit stronger than canon tony since he would well trained in combat and is a demigod which equals enhanced strength,speed,durability,reaction times,and endurance to about the level of an Aesir/Asgardian which about three times that of a human if not a bit more since you know half god that can blow a mountain
