| Addicted2Castle chapter 26 . 7/11/2014 I just finished this story and I am absolutely speechless. This is one hell of a story. I am totally in love with it! I really don't know where to start actually... You know, I LOVE AU's in which Kate and Rick meet and get together. Those are my favorites to read, followed by ff's placed around season 2-4 with them getting together. Seeing that this story contained angst and romance I first was a bit afraid to read it because due to the summery it was clear that they once were together and then split... This is absolutely something I don't like to read ( I am a die hard Caskett shipper, I can't help it... grin) and I am also no fan of time jumps or in this case of having them years apart from one another. So I was a bit reluctant to start your story. But now... WOW! I am so glad I gave in and just did dive in. I love how you created the mix of a bit of angst and the romance coupled with the M-rated scenes. I love that you did not put in too much of angst and more of the romance. It is a very good mix and I think, fans who are not so much fond of angsty stuff can definitely read it. What else I absolutely love is how you pictured them during their 3 years apart. That they missed each other so much, that they needed each other, that they never stopped loving each other and though they partly didn't want to see each other they still wanted that exactly. I also absolutely love that you pointed out and even let them have this conversation that they never ever were with anyone else in those 3 years. This was something else I was afraid of. I just don't like to read ff's when they are with someone else instead with each other... I love the humor in it and I adore the simple combination of "Castle" and "For Lovers Only". For me, you did a fantastic job! As for the M-rated stuff...this is something I love to read - and I read a lot. It is very tastful and romatically written and still pretty much hot. I love it very much! And I hope I can achieve something like that as soon as I get to this point in my story... So thank you so much for such an amazing story. It made my day! I sure can't wait for your next AU-story. |
