Unova stories are mainly from that chiquita White's point of view, so yeah, reading something from the clearly male and manly Black's perspective is awesome.

Found this while randomly browsing. I read through the whole story and was disappointed that there was no 'next' button at the end of chapter 18 :P
But seriously, this is a really well done novelization of gen5; you've done a superb job at writing Black.
...I'll check back again in a month. I better find another chapter here in October.

The mechanics behind sight-share are fascinating, like so many other things in the pokemon world. I for one want to know how Teleport actually works, after seeing Diantha's Gardevoir dismantle an Absol.

Chased again! I like that. Black needs to keep on his toes. And he's even planned out what to do after wellspring cave! It'd be fun to see his plans get washed down the drain.
Woobat. Not exactly my cup of tea, but Black has to make do with what he's got. His team grows stronger through experience in the wild and harsh battles instead of training, so keep up the dangerous situations. Maybe once in a while he can attempt at teaching his pokemon new moves because despite what the gane says, I'm sure pokemon can't learn new moves when they just level up :P

I felt the shivers when I read the last line.
The legendaries are playing the game; and it seems like Black's just a piece on the board.

Black's relationship with Xanatos has changed, very subtly. There is a hint of fear, an acknowledgement of the servine as a being capable of killing with ease.
Little tidbits like Xanatos now needing to slither instead of walking was fun to see. And does Black have some sort of phobia?
I am not particularly fond of woobats, but I admit, a psychic would help out Black a long way in his current fugitive lifestyle.

I wonder hasn't Black run out of food yet? Have yet to see mentions of him foraging in the wild. Keep up the progression; he needs to be at wellspring cave...

I enjoyed the seriousness of this chapter. The guilt, the mistrust, and the fact that Black himself is growing as a leader and a character. Keep up the good work!

Well, nothing like a human deciding to rambo in the pokemon world, and succeeding on a level, to make you pause. Brutal man, brutal. Enjoyed though.

It is ether that explanation or some legendary started messing with things, or whatever teh ghost in the machine is. If they have the resources to remove him from record I'm sure they have the resources to mess with one psychic.
