Dude, this is such a badass story! I've been scavving for Charon stories and discovered this giant gem! SOMEHOW I missed it back when it was fairly recent. Ugh. I hate Azhrukhal. I mean, you REALLY made me hate/loathe/despise him. On-point character development right there, you gave us what the game merely glossed over. THANK YOU for all the hard work you put into this. I hope you exams and school duties went well and that you're settled in something you love. And I will continue to pray that someday, soon, you give us more of this fantastic fic! :D

I absolutely love this story! Why didn't you finish it?

aaaaAaaAAA it's been so long! I really enjoyed reading this fic because of the unique take on characters that aren't usually fleshed out, like Ahzrukal. As much as I hate the guy, I've come to love how you wrote him!

What can I say, just wow I really really enjoyed this fic it actually made me dream which is a small miracle for me because I miss them so much.

I noted a few typos here and there but nothing major to complain about :)

I really really love your portrayal of both Charon and Azzy you make Azzy such a c**t it's beautiful and I like the fact that this story differs from most Charon fics that he is able to speak to her as and when.

I love the fact Viola actually does get hurt, she isn't indestructible and doesn't hide behind Charon either makes a nice well balanced LW. However, I do miss her voices, irrational voice sounds like a lot of fun and I would play more with it.

I also love the fact you made her sensitive to then sun! I always play a stupidly pale LW because I imagine she would be under synthetic light all her life in the vault. As well as the fact she hasn't come across all the beasties that lurk in the Wastes! I recall my first run in with mirelurks I nearly sh*t a brick because I got swamped by a whole herd of them to which I promptly bravely ran away from xD

I just wanted to correct a medical error you made though with regards to the cannibalism if you don't mind hehe. It's not the protein that's the problem with human flesh, you can eat a stupidly high protein diet and be OK worst case scenario is you end up peeing the excess protein and force your body to eat into its own fat reserves. It's a good way to loose weight fast if you keep carbs out of your diet (you may be familiar with the Atkins diet that's pretty much how it works) but of course that has issues all of its own. The problem with the consumption of human flesh is the high Iron content, it is much higher than in other animals and you can't cook it out so it ends up building up in the system and that's if Prion disease doesn't set in first
(a form of Prion disease is mad cows disease but it exists in the consumption of human flesh as well in a different form but I don't know too much about that one from my understanding the consumed flesh has to already be infected or something to that effect).

Anyway thanks for the amazing fic I look forward to reading more when you post again and hope I can give you a more specific review when that happens. My Welsh bum also agrees with you sunshine be rare over here hahaha!

Let me tell you, this story is beautiful, everything about it makes me love it. Ahzruhkal, oh let me tell you, I love him, in the way you love a supervillian, hes devious, beautiful, slimy bastard! Good with his guns, terrifying with words, sneaking and slinking, ohhhh you make him so wonderful.

oh if I haven't been working on it, im working on it now, his story will be written, and it will be glorious, I just wish you were the one doing it, you have a talent my dear.

Yet another spectacular story... yet not updated in the longest! :( (Is it just me or are most of the best stories like that nowadays?) Hopefully our lovely author returns...

Auhhg fuck Dunwich. Those ghouls kept coming out of no where! I had Charon with me but we kept getting separated since he couldn't figure out how to jump down a damn hole in the ground and whenever I'd turn a corner and meet up with him I near damn shot him in the head!

I know what you mean by "bloody assignments". Four papers and four exams until the semester is over xD Hating this. Love this story! Can't wait for more updates. I think that Viola's unsightly injury brings her to a more realistic level, exploring the more shallow human feelings we have. I think that it would be necessary for her to actually harbor an equal relationship with Charon, romantically or platonically even. The plot has been really great so far, no dragging on, which is good. Keep it up :)
