Pointless? What are you talking about? This was perfect? It was cute. You gave us just the right amount of information on what the brothers night would be like. Not to little, not to much. Plus the whole Fili talking about himself was so like Fili, and the rambling Kili fit perfectly. I'm gonna have to say this is one of the best hobbit fanfic i've ever read, and trust me, i've read a lot. So thank you for writing this :D

It's not pointless. The point is possessive (yet blind and idiotic) Durins, which is the best point of all.

Seriously, this was adorable. Fili and Kili knowing each other's minds so well, in everything but the most important thing. I loved both of the boys noticing Thorin Stonehelm's affair with the possible bride for Fili, and how all of Kili's objections lined up exactly with Fili's.

And I mentioned this in a review for another story, but I'm so glad you're back!

It is NOT pointless. It's awesome.
