Sorry I didn't get to reading this new chapter once it came out. My great-grandmother died and my family and I have been preparing for the funeral. But this chapter is exactly the pick me up I need. It was beautiful and lovely, and I appreciate it. I look forward to when you make your planned story using the live action version, and how you'll be able to use it to make deeper themes.

Aww! Adam is such #1 Dad material, it's adorable! :) Also, he and Belle weren't the only ones who laughed at what Cogsworth's expression would be seeing Adam with his baby tied to his chest. So glad they did that back then because, yes, it definitely is too cute to pass up!

Those first two weeks of a baby's life is just this, check for hunger, check the diaper, try to sleep. Adam and Belle are a loving team and their care for their daughter is beautiful. Mrs. Potts was wise and they helped themselves by listening to her. This was lovely, thanks for writing.

Thank you for reminding me how glad I am that my kids are past the newborn stage. Babies are cute as heck, but man - I'm really impressed by the way you just nailed what the first few weeks are like.

It was very sweet to see Adam and Belle doting on Clarisse so much. I agree that they would probably be very involved parents despite their social status. And yes, the image of Adam carrying Clarisse around in a sling just made my day. :)

This entire series was so awesome to read, and I quite enjoyed the Cinderella crossover as well. Really so much about this that I loved that I read it all in one sitting. Thank you doe sharing :)

These stories are wonderful. Rich with details, with scenes and dialogue we wouldn't have otherwise. Cinderella marrying the Beast's brother is a fairytale waiting to be written and you did it very well. It fit perfectly as you wrote it. Thank you again for the Author's notes with additional references points.

Awesome! I love this first chapter. I'm intrigued by the mention of a brother-is he the prince charming from Cinderella, or an original character?
The poor Beast couldn't even remember his name? No wonder he was so cruel in the beginning-he was like a beast. I wanted to give him a hug when he asked Belle to read to him, it was so cute.
Belle and I are very similar, as we both love reading. :)

Such a nice chapter! The proposal was so romantic, one of the better Belle/Adam proposal scenes, I think! I like the dialogue between them, it is natural and flows well and very in character.
