Dajuan Kinney chapter 1 . 10/21/2017 We'll not talk about how many tears I cried over this... |
ilovemoony73 chapter 1 . 6/22/2013 NO I was expecting it to get happy, and before Rose had the miscarriage I thought YES SHE'S GONNA HAVE A DOCTOR BABY AND THAT'LL GIVE HER SOMETHING TO LOVE AND LIVE FOR AND HOPE FOR UNTIL JE BUT NOPE NOT EVEN And I just... This is amazing. I can't. You just broke my heart 9500 times. But I did like that Jake comforted her- I thought that was very sweet, and I'd never thought of that before. All of the relationships you portrayed seemed natural to the circumstances. And my heart is still shattered but I'm gonna be reading again. Keep writing please I don't even mind if you're gonna keep breaking my heart, you're so talented. xx |

Abboz chapter 1 . 6/17/2013 Well this is quite frankly beautiful. Which is made evident by the fact that it's usually really difficult to read things (like this that are seemingly made to fit in between the on screen canon) that conflict (even slightly) with your own head canon, or just show things you don't want to see happen to a character you love, but with this I never had such a problem. Even with the added suffering you inflicted on Rose (cruel!) it was still thoroughly beautiful as it is with every scene. You have a real way with words, and somehow manage to get across the pain/sadness/sheer beauty of the moment, from Rose being utterly heartbroken and distraught, to Jackie and Pete giggling and falling in love and being overjoyed at having a baby on the way. Even with the length (and the odd typo) it was a real joy to read, just gorgeous. I wish I could write like you, with so much talent, the only thing I would say is to read it a few more times (maybe reading existing scenes before adding to them?) before you post to catch the errors in it, or getting someone to proof read them. |
