Ahhh that was so beautifully sad! SO beautifully sad And now I have a new favorite song.
As someone who enjoys angst and can really appreciate (and yet not emotionally be affected by) something miserable and angsty and depressing, this was one that actually hit a heartstring for me. Maybe it's because I was playing the song on repeat while I was reading, or maybe it was because of the writing, or because of both, but I just know that this is one piece that I'm not going to forget anytime soon. Thank you so much. I needed to feel something emotionally challenging like this.

Wow - powerful and lovely - I adore that Leonardo went into the dark to stand by Michelangelo's side. Yes, I can see him doing that. He would chose who needed him more and forfeit his own life.
