I take exception to Pepper thinking the Mandarin did anything to them, Marvel turned that character into a giant joke and he was just a front for Killian.

That was the perfect end to a perfect story...loved every single word...thank you for writing it and for sharing it

Thought this cheater was perfect...other than the line that Pepper sometimes thought of herself having two husbands in Tony and Bruce...I would think she would think of Bruce more like a big brother to her and Tony...because that's what he is really. Tony is her one and only :p lol

Like that you brought in sue and reed Richards ...and I knew Pepper would forgive Bruce ..I like their friendship, but really glad you kept it platonic between them

What an amazing roller coaster of a chapter...loved every minute of it...loved Tonys reaction to thinking Pepper left him...which we all knew she never would...and then how amazing his friends are with him and convincing him that Pepper would never go wiling ...and working with Shield and how Fury pointed how Coulsen had a crush on Pepper...and how. Bruce said everyone has a crush on her (I think it's very true)...and I hate that Killian anticipated their plan, but it sure does build up the angst...just an awesome chapter

I just realized this morning while re reading this for the 100th time that I've never reviewed this story...which is a crime and shame on me...so I intend to fix that today...this first chapter is perfection...absolutely love the end with Tony and Pepper being themselves and completely in love and in sync...great set up for the angst ahead

Your story is really awesome, and you do your characterizations very well. It's very convincing. Plus I like Pepperony so thats a plus.
Just a note, but you use ellipses (...) a bit more than you need to. They're usually used when a character is trailing off or stammering in dialogue.
Otherwise this is really great!
(I really hope Moffat County is a reference to BBC but it's okay if it's not.) :)
