I love it! I stumbled upon this story when I was looking for khr fic. So sad that most story is discontinued or on hiatus :( I hope you'll get back right at this! I'm hooked!

Well crap. Conflicting interests, much? Time for research - regardless of the final decision the fact that they have the Vongola ready to poke them is something kind of important for the would-be allies-of-the-moment the Arcobaleno to know about going in. Vongola isn't just another mafia family, it's the biggest and most dangerous to cross incautiously even for the World's Strongest.

I completely expect that the first dozen or so missions the Arcobaleno did together were an utter disaster, with varying levels of semi-success due to their respective specialties falling into the right spot to achieve the claimed goal despite the utter disaster-mess of the rest of the mission. None of them are used to working with so many others with so much distrust among them - even the former soldiers at least had a reasonable certainty of trust and capability to rely on in regards to their comrades before this mess of a group.

Presumably not every world's Checkerface wears the exact same outfit, so why not be creative with designing this one? He also doesn't wear the same thing always forever. Maybe he felt like going blond at some point in this 'verse. I agree with Tsuna that he looks silly, but that's a canonical thing - Checkerface is indeed rather silly in his guise despite being terrifying in his capabilities.

The rest of the Arcobaleno really piss me off. Fucking hypocrites, spouting all that shit about working together and not underestimating them. Assholes. They can go die, especially Skull. Reborn, you're safe, you've always been my favourite Arcobaleno anyways. :3

"Keep away his mafia side and civilian side"... But now his 'civilian side', Tsunayoshi Sawada, also got entangled with the mafia.

Keeping Yoshi and Tsuna separated so Yoshi's enemies won't target Tsuna and Tsuna's acquaintances(or friends or whatever) is a much better reason in my opinion.
