Can't wait for the next chapter, I hope Giotto finds out who's responsible for the way Tsuna is soon. Is that medicine real or is it some form of drug or poison? I mean he could be having hallucinations BC of withdraws especially after long term use, then again it really could be caused from anxiety. Though i dont think Aluade would have acted that way if they were normal pills.

Also why didn't Hayato ,mention the bloody sink to someone?

Maybe Tsuna could have a nightmare about what his parents did and have Giotto over hear.

I think it would be cute if Lambo snuck into Tsuna's room and they slept together, in a TOTALLY PLATONIC WAY of course.
