Buffy sees them as family. Xander needs to learn that being family he earned a bigger place in her heart than her lovers will ever get. Buffy sacreficed her lovers but never the ones she concidered family.

Buffy needs somebody who can ground her and understand what she has to deal with and at same time can let her be Buffy. Neither Willow, Xander, her mom etc can do that for her. They put her on a pedestal and don't allow her to make mistake's or to be just Buffy.
Xander isn't the one who can give her all of that. Also Xander is still a schoolboy and Buffy is to mature for her. I don't say Angel is the one because he did prove he wasn't. Love it so far

Yay for the confrontation with Ford ending on a somewhat positive note! :D And I love how Giles tells Buffy about his date.

Well, the former lover and teacher of Stone has been dealt with and in a manner that also cleared out a very nasty demon. As for Xander, Willow and Cordy, I think that they will go for the money for different purposes. Xander, because he wants to prove to Buffy that he is worthy of her. Willow, because she too wants to be able to help out Buffy in the fight. Cordy will do it, not so much to help out in the fight, but because she likes the money!

Well, Ford has been dealt with, and Joyce knows more about Angel thanks to the new principal. Now, we are going to have to deal with one of the major plotlines from Season 2: Angel loosing his soul and becoming ANGELUS!

Nice to see that this immortal knows Angel/Liam from days of long ago. But, one SMALL problem with the costumes. It was NOT the Third Doctor who had the long scarf but the 4th, Tom Bakers doctor.

I LIKE this principal! A immortal, who is interested in the well being of the Slayer and has no qualms about telling Travers off! Now, lets see what this book is about.

Can't wait for more. This is the first time where I want Joyce to be with someone other than Giles. And when is Willow going to take that ruler out of her butt. She moved on. Yet she's still punishing Xander. Speaking of whom, I like the discussion between Xander & Ian. Is he moving out of that hellhole? All that cash will go up quick if Tony finds it.

Well, I guess Jenny got a really big anvil dropped on her head, knowing her boss is an Immortal. Gonna be even worse when her clan duties clash with Ian's parental feelings for Angel...

Well, at least Ford will get to die with his soul intact, as much as that might seem like a loss to him.
