Love this but minor little mistake you say that Kyoya threw the bottle at Karou then later on said that Kyoya takes a long drink from the bottle

This was a brilliantly written piece. Normally I'm not that fond of songfics, and I usually avoid things marked as "dark" because (in my experience) they're often full of bad plot, senseless drama, and OOC character bashing… but this piece was just perfect, completely overthrowing every expectation I might have had. Everything just fit perfectly, the characters were portrayed beautifully, the pacing of the story held everything tense until the last moment… Seriously, WOW.
It was chillingly realistic too, I was on the edge of my seat when Kyouya was trying to talk Kaoru into jumping with him! The dialogue, the reasoning, it all felt blood-curdlingly real…
One more detail I especially liked was that you didn't have them become a couple overnight. Just thought to mention that.
Anyway, this was an amazing read, I'm really glad I clicked this story despite my usual preconceptions against the genre! _

I read this story a while a go and I have no idea why I didn't review it but I have to tell you that this story is so GOOD! I cried and was so drawn into the story write more Kyoya and Kaoru please you do it so well!

Except for the fact that I prefer song lyrics complete at the end of chapters (duh), this was great! I don't know where I've been but you're an excellent writer and you've managed to put a very different spin of these wonderful characters. I confess, I'm a sucker for angsty stories and the Ouran fandom tends to be filled with fluffy happy-ever-afters. Not that I'm anti-happiness. I just don't want a steady diet of it. It's like eating Twinkies 24-7. One is awesome (and they're coming back!) but one after another can make you ill. I'm also a sucker for KyoKao and the way they acted together in this story felt very true to life. Nice job all around. I'll have to explore your other work.

I about had a heart attack. You must be an amazing writer, because here you have my favorite host club character ,Kyoya, standing on the edge of a building. And I love it! I can't wait to see how this ends. I had no idea how enchanting a dark story could be!
