It really pains me that Legolas had to get injured by those dastardly orcs. I'm glad that he was able to get treatment before the wound got infected though. I bet it would not have been fun at all if that wound had gotten infected.

Belladonna and Bilbo are some interesting characters. I like how Bilbo formed a bond of some sort with Legolas even though he was very shy around him at first. Legolas means well no matter what.

That cliffhanger at the end definitely has me anticipating a battle in the future between the light and darkness.

I am looking forward to the next chapter.

I liked the part where Legolas took care of the young fox until it found the wizard. That was sweet of him as it says it all; Legolas has a heart of gold on the inside.

Wonderful beginning. I am not sure if you still like reviews but would like to thank you for your story.

I liked the idea of Legolas exploring the world and seeing what it had to offer everywhere he went. I was definitely surprised that Blue Harbor was a run-down village instead of a prosperous town like Legolas had heard. However, I was still very pleased with the Blue Harbor scene and how the elf stopped Drust before he could do anything to the innocent civilians of the town.

I sense that Drust and Legolas will battle sometime in the future after Drust finds him to seek revenge.

Since Legolas in returning to Mirkwood, I hope he will reunite with his father and brothers. I bet they will be astonished that Legolas is still alive.

Can't wait to see what happens next!

This is amazing I am so captivated

This was a great chapter to read. I liked how determined Legolas was to give his mentor a proper burial no matter what. He remained loyal to Ciaran, even after his death. Now that he is gone, Legolas must make sure he gets a proper burial for what he did for him. It will not be the same without Ciaran. Even with his freedom, Legolas had lost a father-like figure in his mentor. Hopefully he will eventually move on from the tragedy yet remember all those good times he had with Ciaran. It is because of Ciaran that Legolas was able to get the abilities he has.

Since Legolas was able to escape from Dol Guldur, I can't help but wonder what will happen when his father realizes that his youngest son is still alive. It was shocked when he changed into an emotionless elf who gave up hope on his son, unaware that he is still alive.

I hope things will get better with Legolas' father and that they will reunite sometime in the future. Can't wait for the next chapter to see where this goes from here.

I really enjoyed the battle scene in this chapter. It was a very cunning plan for Legolas and Ciaran to allow their escape by being stealthy and giving something the orcs would not survive against.

The fortress scene was probably the most intense part of this chapter. After they had seemed to escape, it all fell apart when Ciaran was forced to give his own life to save Legolas. I'm saddened that Ciaran will no longer be around, as he was a great OC. With his last words, though, I knew he had a special bond with Legolas, even if he didn't show it all the time.

I'm looking forward to the next chapter. I would like to see how Legolas will move on from losing his mentor. It won't be easy for him, but I know that Legolas will eventually be able to move forward and realize that it was a nice ride with Ciaran while it lasted.

Liked how Legolas handled the situation with the orc informing him of his presence that the Witch King demands. Another thing I found particularly interesting was the change of eye color for Legolas when he hid his glow. His usually grey blue eyes becoming violet would be quite an interesting sight to see.

Well, some things were answered. Does Radaghast know about Legolas and 'word-played' Thranduil, or does he truly not know?Oh dear oh dear oh dear oh! How will the other peoples get to the Sanctuary?!

So, there goes Lothlorien...and the Gray Havens...and Cirdan. Wow. You are just tearing everyone a knew one. Freaking Valar. That was helpful, by all means lock up Middle-Earth and let it be turned inside out. That'll end well. I giggle pretty good when the Witch-King tried to say Mirkwood. Is it going to emd up being the haven for everybody else? And what happened to Gandalf?
