Reviews for Evidence?

Well done. Thanks
Das Legio chapter 1 . 3/8
I will never forget the theories that McGonagall was a spy and how ground shattering that would have been.

But then, Harry won't have evidence that Draco tried to Crucio him after he's nearly murdered Draco with a Sectumsepra (and he'll have no regrets about the attempt, either). Nearly murdering Slytherins does seem to be quite the Gryffindor fashion...
ElementalMaster16 chapter 1 . 7/26/2016
Cool fic, I agree with this story (_)
AmericanMuggleborn chapter 1 . 7/21/2016
Suppose Harry had said, "I believe but cannot prove ... and made his allegation. He should also mention Draco's trip to Borgin and Burkes and the necklace looking like one at Borgin and Burkes."
vmcclure2 chapter 1 . 6/20/2016
One more question Harry could have come back with to the friends & staff who thought of Malfoy Jr. as a schoolboy whom Voldy had no interest in would be something along the lines of, " Malfoy too young to be a deatheater!? Who was it that Voldy came after and used the killing curse on when he was a mere baby!? While you remember those facts, remember too who it was whom Voldy in one form or another tried repeatedly to kill in 1st, 2nd, 4th , & 5th years then try to convince me that Voldyarse wouldn't stoop to brand his mark in the arm of a "Schoolboy" like Draco "Ignorant Ponce Malfoys irregardless of his age.

Good one-shot by the way!
V. L. Crawford chapter 1 . 6/20/2016
Yeah nothing would come of it, especially since you could have went on with more about how McG didn't need evidence either to make judgments.

I mean she accused Harry of trying to prank Malfoy at the dragon incident. She refused to even listen when they told about thinking somebody was after the stone. her logic was that students weren't supposed to know about it, so it couldn't be in danger, even when faced with three students who knew about it.

Or what about the fact Sirius Black was sent to Azkaban without a trial to show evidence for or against his incarceration. Or that Snape got off just on Dumbles word without having to show any evidence that he switched sides.

Yeah Harry could have went on for days, with his evidence argument.
Luiz4200 chapter 1 . 5/27/2016
Harry could as well ask where was that need for evidence when Sirius was sent to Azkaban without a trial.
Chris chapter 1 . 4/16/2016
Harry's point is one that had to be made, but I think you're right in saying that ultimately Dumbledore and McGonagall will do nothing about it,
X59 chapter 1 . 1/25/2016
This is pretty good.

Did someone just use evidence in the Wizarding world?

See, this is what happens when Harry decides to use the mind he has been gifted with.
Shit turns perfect, doesn't it?
missgsmith51 chapter 1 . 10/13/2015
I'm wondering whether anyone in authority at Hogwarts has bothered to check Draco for the Mark. Harry had some evidence for that, didn't he? I'll never understand why ALL students weren't checked. Given the dangerous climate, it could have been justified.

Frankly, I think Dumbledore could be considered negligent in his duties for not warding the school against the Dark Mark. Had it been set to cause extreme pain (and ultimately death), the events on the Astronomy Tower might never have occurred ... because a Marked Draco wouldn't have been in school. An un-Marked Draco might have let the DEs into the school, but they would have immediately collapsed in pain rather than attacking. The Aurors could have arrested them and had them tossed into Azkaban ... but why bother? Voldemort would just break them out. Besides, Dumbledore couldn't endanger Snape, could he? I'm surprised, though, at Dumbledore putting Snape's welfare over the Greater Good of the entire staff and student body. Tsk! Tsk! Kind of makes a mockery of THAT little motto, doesn't it?
