I think this was the most side character character you decided to write a story about. That said, it made me appreciate it all the better. :)

The pairing (although this isn't romance) was very surprising. I honestly believe that you are the only author to put these two in a story and make them its lead. I love stories for the family genre, and I think this falls under it. Although it isn't Koko and Kaoru in a family, it's Koko advising Kaoru about Aoi, and that comes close. ;)

Koko being a bartender really surprised me, since you showed the scene of him finding his psychology diploma. Then, at the end, I realized that a person can be two different things - not necessarily at once, but just... two different things.

You showed that here. With Koko. And somehow, I believe it was an eye opener. I don't know if you meant it for the story to teach us a lesson, but it sure as hell taught me one. Thank you so much. :)

This is really a surprise story, to think that someone will write for koko and kaoru together is so not expected. I like this old story of yours it's pretty and how the conversation between the two starts and eventually ended is quite nice. I especially like the end..
