This is how the fight was supposed to end! How the fuck did the directors or whoever made the story possibly think that Elena could beat Katherine?!

I am reviewing this for Caesar's palace reviewathon.
First off, lets start with the positives.
Katherine's dialogue was oh so very Katherine, it was believable and fitted her well, especially her advice to Stefan after killing Elena. This story was much more realistic than what actually happened in the show, Katherine was conniving and cynical and older, she wasn't going to be beatten so easily by an indecissive seventeen year old newbie vampire simply because she was trained by Alaric. I really enjoyed the fact you mentioned Stefan and Damon had been millitarily trained because I had never stopped to think about it and just adds more dimension to the story.
For the constructive critiscm
I personally though the fight scene was a bit too long and seemed to drag on and I think it has to do with you showing more than telling; if you tweak that this would be golden.
The only other thing I disliked was that Katherine refered to herself as Katerina, I personally feel that is something she would never do, as it is a reminder of the naive girl she once was.
Overall I enjoyed the story and I hope you keep writing.

...and that's how I wish Season 5 would've ended.

That was more realistic than what happened. Katherine may have killed Elena in this, but Elena got herself killed.

Wow, what an amazing story!

This is so much more realistic than what actually happened! I am glad you wrote something believable unlike what drivel I had to see on my television. You stayed true to the actual characters as well as their strength. No way some fledgling with "training from Alaric" could overpower Katherine. Alaric wasn't Genghis Khan he was Alaric.

I love the fact that you made Katherine kick Elena s butt, not the other way around!
I hated the scene in the show, but when I imagined this, I felt better lol

and bam, that is how the series show have ended. Katherine being her amazing self. loved it

Love it! That's how I imagined the fight scene (but they wont kill her because she's the main character ). I still haven't got over that stupid finale (if you liked it, no offence)
