Hell of a cliffhanger! I hope you get the next chapter out soon because I definitely want to see what comes next with the Alliance ship! I liked the analogy James made about Shepard. It seemed very apt. And as for the beginning of the chapter... I take it Greg isn't nearly as dead as he seemed? Very interesting!

Still a great story. I'm kind of glad that Shepard and Garrus aren't the lovey-dovey couple they are in every single other fanfic. They have to work on it, and genuinely, not the superficial way most writers portray it as. Keep going, I'm super excited to see more.

I have zero complain about your writing style or the way you wrote Ash( you said you didn't like it...)! I mean, she just lost her lover and she is pregnate! She have a excuse for crying! XD
And Garrus? Oh, he is so cute! No matter how much she is cold and harsh with him, he still want her! Awwsww :3
I have many hopes about what is going to happen, but I will wait and see, after all, everything has been just great so far! :D

Hey, don' knock yourself, you write Ashley as good as anyone I've ever seen. You perfectly portray her as a woman who's been stretched to her limit and is looking for help, but doesn't want to admit how badly she wants it. Great writing all around.

You know, this is the first fanfic that I've read with two Shepherds disliking each other.

Different. I like it. And poor Garrus. XD

Right off, love the premise and love the characterisations. I can just picture Bro!Shep as the type of kind and understanding paragon who everyone loves, and as such his sister has sibling syndrome. I likewise love the way you portrayed this Fem!Shep. She's so...internally nasty...yet you can sympathise with how she came to feel that way. Sort of like Katniss in the Hunger Games series.
