Awesome first chapter! And the little prologue bit with Scrat was cool too, I've never actually done that before, because I've never had an idea for it, so it always impresses me when someone is actually talented enough to do so. Which, of course, you definitely are. Aww, I feel bad for Shira, but I think it was good having Herr pack reject her coz of her fur, because she did leave her pack for whatever reason, and her fur is odd, but amazing all the same. Diego and Shira are so cute together, I love stories about them :) update soon!

Awesome chapter! I like how Scratte is back to wreak havoc against Scrat, and I liked the whole piece being from Shira's point of view. Poor girl; she's so frightened that she won't make a good mother. But thankfully she is surrounded by her loving herd, and will have plenty of help taking care of the cubs! What will happen next?
