I really loved the opening scene with Takeshi. It was gripping and well written.
As to Ryohei and etc. it seems suspicious that they were diverted to the same location. I'm really curious about the end game here...
Also, I am only familiar with KHR and Bleach through fanfiction. Why is Lal an adult and Reborn still a baby? And what size are the rest of the Arcobaleno?
The Mochida scene was good too. Made me giggle. Also, it gave more info on Tsuna's kidnapping, although if just figures that they get away with this for hundreds of years and then some teenager at the wrong place at the right time manages to snap pictures and hide them before he's found.

So they found out they're missing (how?), and we got a glimpse of Shamal and...something else. Who were the two that made Ishida take notice at the conference?

Will Eren be playing a role? Is Annie a spy or genuinely captured? Very curious!

so now we've got the Titan crew as well... the invisible hands Ichigo is having trouble seeing remind me of when Natsume gets kidnapped, but perhaps it's just because his cuffs suppress his reiatsu?

Wow - what an interesting crossover. I'm looking forward to seeing more interactions between the different stories' characters. I really like how you've portrayed everyone so far.
I'd be careful about jumping between so many sides of the story (unless everyone's going to start coming together soon). When there are a million POVs, sometimes it's hard to remember what's happening with everyone, especially when you have to wait a few months for the next chapter to come out. But I don't think this'll be a problem right now, since you're still at the beginning, setting up the plot and characters. And there are soooo many characters haha
