| Guest chapter 34 . 5/19 I always feel like people miss the point with the 'letting go of attachments' idea... if you're, say, a firefighter and you're on shift when your kid gets hurt then, baring emergency shift swapping, you're kinda stuck... or if you're a soldier stationed out of the country when your kid is born, it sucks but you don't have a lot of options... and I thought you were kinda edging into that kind of understanding. Yes, Aang can have a family, yes he can love a wife and kids... but he has to always be the avatar first and his duties there must supersede the needs of his family... then you pulled out the line about him feeling like he made a mistake... |

| Mistress DragonFlame chapter 41 . 3/17/2019 Steam powered ships are coal powered ships. Modern Carriers are nuke powered steam ships, but a lot of the smaller ones are diesel powered steam ships. Fuel is still required to have steam power. |
