Yeah, well , at 26 you are a grown up. You trust in gravity and other laws of nature. You trust in most people being normal people, such as your neighbour usually not trying to murder you at most times. You know there are evil people around and you are not fit to recognise them, yet you trust most people are not evil most of the time.
While a child is bound by biology to trust in all adults and if this trust is shattered, thats no good.

Now it depends whether Filch is a little decent deep inside him.

In the beginning of this chapter, Snape asks two times for guardianship. I suppose that is somehow wrong. No offense intended.

I'm commenting on ch. 1 because I read this on my cell phone last night in bed and it totally made me cry. I love broken Harry so much. I've read one other fic where he had DID and I liked it AT FIRST But once all the alters integrated I didn't like it so much (because it got SUPER fucking weird).
This tho. Was just. Ugh. :( So sweet and sad and wonderful. I love the short chapters too, because it feels like it reads very fast. I wish there was more.

I like how this story differs from Shattered by having Harry reveal that he's not alone in his head. I wish you updated more regularly! I'd also like to see more of Harry. I feel like this story is missing some of it's innocence, and that's due in part that we don't see much of eight-year-old Harry. I'll be waiting for more!
